What we collect
Your mobile number (required to sign in); optionally your name and email; your orders, favourite stores and reviews; and a push-notification token for this device if you allow notifications.
Location
If you allow it, your location is used on the phone to show bags nearby and is sent with searches. It is not stored in your account, and it is never tracked in the background.
Why we use it
To run your account, reservations, payments and pickups; to send order updates; and, only if you opt in, news and promotions. The legal basis is the contract with you and, for marketing, your consent.
Who we share it with
The store you order from sees your order reference and quantity — not your phone number. Payments are processed by the bank; we never see your card details. SMS and notification providers receive only what is needed to deliver messages.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. When you delete it, your personal details are erased; order records needed for accounting are kept in anonymised form.
Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you can access, correct and delete your data and withdraw consent. Delete your account in Profile → Settings, or contact customer support. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service.
